When and Where:

Movie begins at dusk on July 3rd in Bryce and Toni Johnson's backyard (South corner of cul de sac on 2400 N.)

Festivities begin at 10 AM and go until the evening on July 4th. BBQ is held at 6PM. Bring your own meat and a side dish to share (we typically get between 150-250 people). If we get enough donations, we will cater in. We need to hit our goal of $2500 to do this.

Location for the 4th: cul de sac on 2400 N.

Update

So far we have had 5 families RSVP, we definitely need more and we need them soon this year, we don't want to have the possibility of canceling the party looming over us. Although we have only had 5 families, we have $300 in donations, we are 1/8th of the way to our goal!

Please remember to fill out the RSVP form even if you donate via PayPal. The headcount is very important this year because we are attempting to bring in a BBQ company. While there are no guaranties, this is our intention.
